In this image, there is the face of a girl and a man on a cord hiking down her face. The woman's face looks a little more like a drawing, while the man looks more real. I think that this image is both artistic and documentary. It looks as if the girl is a mural of some sort and the man is the artist. The picture might be photoshopped in the sense of it being edited, but not composited. I think the photographer had a deeper meaning behind the photograph. I think it represents the nit picking and fixing the blemishes of the female face. The intent was maybe to show how critical others are of their appearance. The man being so small shows how tiny the details that people wish were fixed on themselves are, and how any average person might not even notice them.
